Hampshire Chef of the Year 2008 and 2009, Andy Mackenzie of Lainston House Hotel, will be designing the menu and the three course meal will consist entirely of local and Fairtrade produce.
By uniting a range of local producers, businesses, charities, organisations and students the evening offers you a fairtrade feast of networking opportunities as well as raising awareness for fairtrade and sustainable living.
Entertainment will music from the University of Winchester African Drumming Ensemble and Steel Pans
This event will follow on from the preceding optionallecture on 'Tackling Global Poverty' by Helen Carter—committee member of the Co-operative and Director of Andover Fairtrade shop.
Tickets will be priced at £25 per person and is a non profit event. The event will be held at West Downs Campus, Winchester University.
